This person will support employees with hardware, software, networking, and workplace technology needs, while helping maintain a reliable and secure IT environment. This is a highly tactical, onsite role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems quickly, supporting end users, and working across a wide range of IT systems and tools. This role is onsite 5 days/week at our Santa Clara, CA office!
