The Microsoft Business Applications Administrator is responsible for providing technical administration support for all Microsoft Business Applications. This includes but is not limited to D365 CRM, D365 F&O and PowerPlatform., · Performs day-to-day operational administration, support, maintenance, and implementation of all Microsoft Business Applications. · Provides support by researching and resolving incidents, problem tickets and vulnerabilities; follows up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution. When necessary, escalate issues requiring development or vendor assistance. · Serve as a subject matter expert, technical resource and escalation path for all Microsoft Business applications. · Responsible for establishing and enforcing best practices regarding design, installation, and maintenance of all Microsoft Business Applications. · Assist with the establishment and oversight of a PowerPlatform Governance PowerPlatform Hub and Center of Excellence (CoE).
