* 8+ years of UI/UX experience, including leadership responsibilities
 * Expertise in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
 * Strong experience with Figma and modern design tools
 * Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise-scale technology initiatives
 * Knowledge of accessibility standards and design systems

* In this role, you'll lead UX strategy, user research, design thinking workshops, and end-to-end experience design across enterprise technology solutions.

 * You'll partner closely with business leaders, product owners, architects, and development teams to create intuitive, user-centered experiences that drive adoption and business value.
