## About the Role

* 6+ years of hands on experience with OpenText Exstream (v16 or higher preferred)
 * Ability to setup OT Exstream deployment as a Cloud Native version
 * Good Understanding of Containerization concepts ‿ Dockers, Kubernetes
 * Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and data mapping
 * Experience with batch and interactive processing
 * Familiarity with integration into enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ECM)

## Description

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Exstream SME to design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Exstream and a solid understanding of document generation, templates, and variable data printing., CCM Solution Architect/SME

 * As a consultant make best practice recommendations for technical and functional changes/upgrade/migration with respect to OT Exstream
 * Design and develop Exstream templates for high volume customer communications
 * Implement enhancements and support production documents
 * Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements
 * Perform unit testing and troubleshoot issues in production environments
