## Description

* The Performance and Automation Tester will provide testing expertise.
 * Prepares detailed specifications for test plans and procedures.
 * Leverages automation technology wherever possible to execute testing.
 * Translates user requirements into test cases. Tests, monitors, and refines software/hardware applications to ensure they meet quality standards. Prepares required documentation, including both test-level and user-level documentation.
 * Enhances testing processes to improve efficiency and performance, including integration of automation methodologies.
 * Applies principles, methods, and knowledge of quality assurance to task order requirements.
 * Ensures compliance with enterprise architecture and applicable reference models.
 * Evaluates and addresses workflow, organizational, and planning issues.
