## About the Role

* Currently enrolled in and attending school, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering/Technology, Information Technology, Security, or another relevant computer and technical program, with expected graduation by August 2027.
 * Completion of the 2026 Lilly technology summer internship or spring fellowship.
 * Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor the following work authorization or visas for this role: F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, J-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, or L-1.

Additional Functional Job Skills & Preference

 * Prior experience using AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms, automation tools, or AI-assisted research/analytics tools) in an academic, project, or work setting.
 * Hands-on experience with one or more of the technology capabilities listed above.
 * Solid skills in problem analysis and problem solving.
 * Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
 * Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills.
 * Leadership experience inside and/or outside the classroom.
 * Familiarity with design, development, and operational methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, ITIL).
 * Passion for working on a global, inclusive team.
 * Familiarity with gathering and writing technical requirements.
