## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ years of experience.
 * Strong Healthcare Payer experience with deep understanding of:
 + Claims Processing & Adjudication
 + Eligibility & Enrollment
 + Benefits Administration
 + UM & CM
 + Provider and Member Services
 * Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Lead Business Analyst.
 * Experience defining requirements for IVR, Conversational AI, Voice Bots, or Contact Center automation.
 * Strong Agile, requirements management, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to translate complex healthcare processes into automated conversational workflows.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
