This role combines strong full stack engineering with Generative AI innovation to deliver production-grade applications powered by modern web technologies, REST APIs, cloud-native platforms, enterprise data and integrations, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI agents in a fast-paced healthcare environment where technology directly impacts patient, provider, and business outcomes. The engineer will work across the entire software lifecycle, from business discovery, system design, and full stack application development through testing, cloud deployment, production support, and measurable adoption. The role requires a hands-on builder with strong front-end, back-end, API, data, integration, and cloud engineering fundamentals who can apply AI as an additional capability and engineering accelerator. The engineer must translate ambiguous business problems into practical solutions, collaborate directly with stakeholders, and establish standards for secure, reliable, and scalable delivery across specialty pharmacy, patient engagement, provider solutions, and operational platforms.
