## About the Role

* Hands-on firmware and embedded systems testing experience
 * Firmware Verification & Validation (V&V) experience
 * Requirements-based and risk-based testing
 * Experience creating test cases, test protocols, and verification plans
 * Requirements traceability and Traceability Matrix experience
 * Manual system-level testing of embedded and firmware-controlled devices
 * Hardware/software integration testing
 * I2C and SPI protocol knowledge
 * Experience with verification test reports and DHF documentation
 * Strong technical writing and audit-ready documentation
 * Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably medical devices
 * Understanding of medical device verification standards and compliance

Preferred:

 * Class II/Class III medical device experience
 * FDA submission support
 * Pump-based, infusion, or life-sustaining medical device experience
 * Electromechanical device testing
 * Test automation frameworks/tools
 * IEC/ISO standards
 * Experience developing verification processes and best practices
