## Description

This position is a contract role requiring onsite presence five days a week at our headquarters in the USA.
The role involves providing technical support, handling hardware issues, and managing IT assets., Deploy and image laptops and desktops for new employees.
Provide end-to-end troubleshooting and hardware support.
Manage the return merchandise process for testing returned devices.
Handle IT asset recovery and offboarding procedures.
Fulfill software installation and update requests, and support virtual environments.
