Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Lead Information Security Analyst (Cryptography & PKI) - **Company:** Innova Solutions - **Location:** Minneapolis, MN, United States - **Experience:** Expert - **Salary:** $124,800.0 - $135,200.0 - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Hardware Security Module, Key Management, Public Key Infrastructure, SSL Certificate Management - **Published:** September 3, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.dice.com/job-detail/1d8cef36-7a2f-4747-bf27-534bfa530523 ## About the Role * 7+ years of experience in Information Security, Cryptography, PKI, Encryption, Key Management, or related cybersecurity disciplines within the financial services industry. * Strong expertise in PKI, Digital Certificate Lifecycle Management, and cryptographic technologies. * Hands-on experience with certificate management platforms such as Venafi, Keyfactor, DigiCert, or similar tools. * Strong understanding of Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), key protection mechanisms, and operational controls. * Experience performing cryptographic risk assessments and remediation planning. * Knowledge of regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements related to cryptographic controls. * Experience analyzing large datasets to identify risk, compliance gaps, and operational improvement opportunities. * Strong analytical, automation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ## Description As a Lead Information Security Analyst (Cryptography & PKI), you will: * Act as the SME for enterprise cryptography, PKI, encryption technologies, certificate lifecycle management, and key management. * Provide technical leadership and governance for digital certificates across the enterprise. * Partner with application, infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to design secure cryptographic solutions. * Conduct cryptographic risk assessments and recommend remediation strategies. * Develop and maintain cryptographic standards, policies, and control frameworks. * Support audit, regulatory, and compliance activities related to cryptographic controls. * Lead initiatives for certificate discovery, inventory management, governance, and lifecycle automation. * Evaluate and optimize certificate lifecycle management platforms such as Venafi, Keyfactor, and DigiCert. * Monitor emerging cryptographic threats, including Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC). * Mentor security teams and contribute to enterprise cryptographic strategy and modernization efforts., Innova Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
