 * Evaluate system architecture, including hardware/software trade-offs and COTS/GOTS integration versus custom development.
 * Recommend modern technologies, frameworks, and engineering processes for complex software initiatives.
 * Review, test, and validate software components to ensure strict adherence to design requirements and resolve problem reports.
 * Direct software quality assurance practices across all development lifecycles.
