This role serves as a trusted advisor to the sponsor, working closely with operational users, senior leadership, and key stakeholders to shape innovative, mission-relevant, and Government Reference Architecture (GRA)-compliant solutions. This role will also contribute to the development and execution of modeling and simulation capabilities to verify operational capabilities. The ideal candidate brings a strong systems engineering and architecture background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to develop future-ready designs that enable rapid technology insertion and upgradability., * Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years' experience; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience. * Background in systems engineering, mission architecture, capability integration, or related disciplines. * Demonstrated experience as a systems architect in defense, national security, or similarly complex mission environments. * Experience developing or evaluating GRA-compliant solutions. * Familiarity with industry MBSE tools (examples: MATLAB, Cameo, Rhapsody, IBM DOORS, or similar). * Must have an active Top Secret U.S Government issued Security Clearance. Per the U.S. Government's eligibility requirements, you must be a U.S Citizen to be considered for a security clearance. * This position has an on-site requirement of 5 days a week on-site.
