This individual is a collaborative, strategic leader who can build high-performing teams, drive cross-functional alignment, and champion a culture of data excellence and innovation. ## Description The Executive Director, Enterprise Data Management will lead and scale enterprise-wide data capabilities, initially focusing on R&D and Commercial functions. Reporting to the Vice President, Data, Analytics & Insights, this leader will define and execute the company's enterprise data strategy, strengthen governance frameworks, and ensure high-quality, trusted data enables AI, analytics, reporting, and business decision-making. This role oversees Commercial Data Management, builds and leads a new R&D Data Management team, and establishes enterprise data governance. Responsibilities include developing multi-year data roadmaps; implementing governance policies, stewardship models, and standards; optimizing data acquisition and vendor partnerships; and leading master data management across key domains such as product, study, asset, and HCP/HCO data.
