Desired Qualifications: - Experience working and/or interfacing with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). - Ability to resolve issues with little oversight; ability to gather and analyze information skillfully and develop alternative solutions. - Proficiency with data exchange tools and technologies including APIs. - Experience understanding and interpreting customer business requirements, writing functional test cases and performing software quality tests. - Experience with proactive monitoring of enterprise environments using technologies, such as New Relic, AppDynamics, DynaTrace, and/or Splunk. - Expert understanding of Salesforce best practices. - Experience testing real-time data sync vs batch processing performance trade-offs - Experience working in a Scrum and/or SAFe Agile environment. - Salesforce Administration experience. - Experince using JMeter. - Expert experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA. Education: - Master's degree. ## Description As a Salesforce Performance Tester supporting CMS, you will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring the scalability, reliability and responsiveness of Salesforce applications across multiple Salesforce environments. You will plan, design, execute and analyze performance tests across Salesforce Orgs, Integrations, API's and custom components to validate system behavior under peak and sustained loads.
