* 2-3 years of analytical experience and foundational SQL skills; comfort working with real-world data: data that is messy, incomplete, and that requires judgment; possess curiosity about the business behind the data; ability to develop foundational instincts around measurement discipline, experimental thinking, and evidence-based decision making

 * Ability to take ownership of relationships and work; possess a hunger to grow in an environment that rewards craft

 * Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to interact with various levels of management and develop strong working relationships

 * Willingness to explore how AI tools can accelerate and improve your analytical work; openness to integrating them into your day-to-day

## Description

* Work closely in a fast-paced environment with corporate business partners to ensure they stay within budget and forecast

 * Using analytics, understand and actively communicate underlying causes of variances as well as present variance analyses to senior staff in a simple, concise, and easy-to-consume format

 * Appropriately challenge leaders throughout the organization to think strategically about the way they structure their teams and allocate resources in pursuit of organizational strategic priorities
