## Description

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to help establish a new SRE team from the ground up. This role offers an opportunity to influence and set the culture and approach for ensuring service reliability. The position requires a professional who is inquisitive, dedicated to driving reliability, and focused on the customer experience., * Generate and maintain Critical User Journeys (CUJs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).

 * Conduct blameless post-mortems and manage error budgets.
 * Develop and execute role-playing scenarios to test system resilience.
 * Utilize coding skills to automate and improve reliability processes.
 * Communicate technical concepts and reliability status to business stakeholders with confidence.
