## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including:

 * Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
 * Power Automate Cloud Flows
 * Desktop/UI automation
 * Workflow design and orchestration
 * Exception handling and logging
 * Unit testing and troubleshooting

Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform.

Experience designing and delivering enterprise automation/RPA solutions.

Ability to independently take an automation use case from requirements and solution design through development, unit testing, and demonstration.

Experience integrating automation solutions with applications such as web applications, desktop applications, Excel, Outlook/email, PDFs, SharePoint, APIs, and other enterprise systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand existing automation logic and redesign it for the Microsoft Power Platform.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable working directly with customers and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Hands-on experience migrating UiPath automations to Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
 * Working knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, queues, selectors, sequences, and workflow architecture.
 * Experience with Blueprint or similar RPA migration/assessment tools.
 * Experience developing and deploying attended and unattended RPA solutions.
 * Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, AI Builder, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
 * Experience creating Process Design Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), test cases, and other automation documentation.
 * Previous experience delivering automation solutions within Financial Services or another regulated industry.
 * Microsoft Power Platform and/or UiPath certifications are a plus.
