* 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
 * Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and CRM functionality.
 * Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
 * Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
 * Bench / immediate availability strongly preferred.

## Description

We are looking for experienced Salesforce Administrators who are currently on bench or immediately available for upcoming U.S. project opportunities., The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, user management, automation, reporting, and CRM support., * Manage and configure Salesforce CRM applications.

 * Create and maintain Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.
 * Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security.
 * Support Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments.
 * Perform data management, troubleshooting, testing, and deployments.
 * Work with business teams to gather requirements and provide Salesforce solutions.
