## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with Workday Integrations, including:

 * Core Connectors
 * EIBs
 * Studio
 * Web Services (SOAP/REST)
 * Document Transformation and XSLT
 * Integration troubleshooting and support

Proven ability to design, build, test, and support complex enterprise integrations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong listening skills with demonstrated ability to understand requirements, ask thoughtful questions, and follow through on commitments.

Ability to lead technical discussions with business stakeholders, vendors, and development teams.

Highly curious with a passion for learning, exploring new technologies, and solving complex problems.

Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Strong collaboration and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Workday Extend.
 * Experience with additional programming technologies such as:

 * Java
 * C#
 * JavaScript/TypeScript
 * Python
 * SQL
 * APIs and cloud technologies

Experience integrating Workday with third-party applications and enterprise platforms.

Experience working in large healthcare, higher education, or enterprise organizations.
