Install, upgrade, repair, and configure desktop computer hardware, software, and accessories to support a 300+ desktop computer network. Work with users to identify solutions and optimize computer performance in compliance with company policy and practice. Responsible for daily operations of data backups on servers. Work on telephone system. Perform independent job assignments as directed by I.T. Superintendent.
