## About the Role

* 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience.
 * Proven proficiency with Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure management.
 * Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, and security within Azure environments.
 * Skilled with scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and system management.
 * Familiarity with hybrid environments (on-premises Azure) is a plus.
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a changing environment.
 * Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong team-oriented mindset.
 * Clear, confident communication and a positive, proactive attitude., * Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-303/304).
 * Experience working independently with small teams and shared responsibilities.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 integration and administration.

Education:

 * Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

## Description

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates well, and maintains a positive, solutions-focused attitude. The Systems Administrator plays a key role in supporting, managing, and optimizing our Azure-based infrastructure, while working closely with team members across various departments., * Administer and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services (e.g., virtual machines, storage, networking, Entra and on prem AD, backups).

 * Monitor system performance and availability, ensuring high levels of uptime and security.
 * Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot cloud-based and hybrid solutions.
 * Maintain documentation and system records.
 * Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Adapt to shifting priorities, changing deadlines, and emerging business needs.
 * Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Azure-related issues.
 * Participate in planning and executing system upgrades and changes.
