TS/SCI preferred; US Citizenship required., * Bachelor Degree and 8 years of experience; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. * 8+ years of full stack development experience supporting web-based applications. * Advanced experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) * Back-end expertise with C#, Node.js, .NET Core, Java, or Python. * Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases. * Knowledge of DevSecOps, Git version control, and CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.) * Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GovCloud). * Advanced understanding of application security, RBAC, and API development. * Experience working within DoD or federal IT environments., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * Familiarity with DoD budgeting processes (e.g., POM, O&M, RDT&E). * Experience developing financial or audit-traceable platforms. * Understanding of STIGs, ACAS scanning, RMF documentation, and system hardening. * Prior work on software tools used for budget forecasting, contract execution, or manpower allocation. ## Description This position will support a Contract Management Tool, a mission-critical platform designed to modernize financial planning, execution tracking, and audit readiness for the Department of Defense (DoD). This developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining secure full-stack solutions that support program transparency, fiscal responsibility, and operational agility.
