## About the Role

* 3+ years experience in quality assurance, including functional testing, acceptance testing, usability testing, end-to-end testing, exploratory testing, ad-hoc testing, as well as experience with bug management systems and procedures

 * Thorough understanding of software development life cycle

 * Experience creating detailed regression and incremental Test Plans

 * Knowledge of Agile methodologies, KANBAN, and S/W testing life cycles

 * Knowledge of issue tracking tools (JIRA preferable)

 * Knowledge of test management tools (TestRAIL)

 * Experience testing embedded FW is a strong plus

 * Familiarity with Linux is a plus

 * Familiarity with SQL is a plus

## Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with a team that is fast-paced and dedicated. We are looking for candidates with a strong CS background, who are natural team players to act as a key part of the QA team in testing our KeepTruckin ELD (Electronic Logging Device, an in-vehicle data acquisition system) and non-ELD integrated software features. This is a cross-functional role that partners with our Product, Design, and Embedded Development teams, as well as our software "On Call" engineers and customer service representatives in the USA and Canada., * Dispatch production bugs and help to drive them to a resolution

 * Create and maintain dashboards and data analytics reports

 * Develop and execute full system regression and new feature Test Plans

 * Test implementation, test execution, and data validation

 * Develop QA artifacts such as bug reports, improvement suggestions, and requirement traceability matrices

 * Define, estimate, track, and report progress of quality assurance efforts

 * Collaborate with other departments and facilitate escalation and/or triage of issues
