## Description

* Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Network- & Security-Systemen (z. B. Firewalls, VPNs, Load-Balancing-Lösungen) unterschiedlicher Hersteller
 * Durchführung von 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support inklusive Analyse und Troubleshooting in komplexen, vielschichtigen Umgebungen
 * Technische Ansprechperson für Kund*innen, interne Fachbereiche sowie Herstellerpartner
 * Konzeptionierung, Planung und Implementierung von Projekten im Network- & Security-Umfeld
 * Analyse bestehender Infrastrukturen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Netzwerk- und Security-Landschaften
 * Mitarbeit im geregelten Bereitschaftsdienst (ca. alle 1-2 Monate)
