This role leads the development and ongoing enhancement of IT Governance Metrics, supports the operation of the IT Governance Committee, and serves as Product Owner of the IT Metrics Portal. Through strong data governance, stakeholder collaboration, and continued advancement of automation and AI, this leader will improve how IT performance is measured, communicated, and used to support management and governance decisions.
