If you have experience in AI or a proven track record of rapidly learning and mentoring others on emerging tech, you'll fit right in. ## Description * Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions and backend services using Golang. * Build reusable infrastructure-as-code modules using Terraform to support consistent and reliable cloud environments. * Develop APIs, microservices, automation tools, and integrations that support business and technical requirements. * Translate solution designs and project requirements into secure, maintainable technical implementations. * Automate the provisioning, configuration, and management of cloud infrastructure and application resources. * Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, security teams, and fellow developers to deliver complete technical solutions. * Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code that follows established development and infrastructure standards. * Actively use AI tools, including Claude through our Anthropic partnership, to streamline tasks, improve the quality of your work, and share best practices with teammates while continuously seeking new ways to integrate AI into your everyday workflows * Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. * Review code and Terraform configurations to promote quality, consistency, security, and engineering best practices. * Troubleshoot complex application, deployment, and infrastructure issues across development and production environments. * Improve application performance, infrastructure reliability, and deployment efficiency through automation and continuous optimization. * Take ownership of assigned deliverables while clearly communicating progress, technical risks, and project dependencies., Partners with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to analyze financial processes, define business and technical requirements, design scalable system solutions, and troubleshoot enterprise applications, integrations, and workflows. Coordinates testing, UAT, production readiness, and post-deployment validation. Incorporates financial controls, SOX compliance, auditability, data governance, segregation of duties, and security into solution designs while identifying opportunities for automation and AI-driven process improvement.
