The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing GIS technology projects, enterprise software implementations, upgrades, or conversions using a Waterfall SDLC methodology. * The project involves migrating existing electric and gas geospatial data/models from legacy geometric networks to an ArcGIS Utility Network model.
