This full-time role requires onsite presence in the Ashburn, VA region, focusing on providing technical support for data center operations.
Responsibilities include equipment troubleshooting, incident resolution, and maintaining network and server infrastructure.
The position demands strong problem-solving skills and experience with network technologies., Install and maintain network and server hardware, including cabling and components.
Provide operational support and troubleshoot technical issues in the data center.
Manage data center staging, deployment, and logistics.
Perform preventative maintenance on data center equipment.
Collaborate with support teams and vendors to resolve outages and performance issues.
