## About the Role

* 12+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in architecture.
 * Experience leading enterprise or solution architecture initiatives.
 * Strong background in at least one: data, application, or ERP architecture.
 * Proven experience designing system integrations.
 * Ability to influence decisions across teams without direct authority.
 * Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
 * Working knowledge of data governance and architecture standards.
 * Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience.

## Description

* Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards and reference models.
 * Guide architecture across data, application, and ERP environments.
 * Set integration patterns for APIs, events, batch, and master data.
 * Establish governance for data, AI agents, and citizen development.
 * Advise teams during scoping, design, and delivery reviews.
 * Evaluate build-versus-buy options and vendor solutions.
 * Document architecture decisions, diagrams, and roadmaps.
 * Partner with technical leads to ensure consistent implementation.
 * Identify gaps, risks, and technical debt across the estate.
