Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field. * Experience with or key understanding of managing a vendor to expectations outlined in a statement of work. * Experience operationalizing a large, complex program. * Experience working cross-functionally with other IT teams, business teams, and vendors. * Familiarity with security awareness platforms and phishing simulation tools. * Experience creating executive dashboards and reporting within data visualization tools. ## Description We are seeking a Security Awareness Program Analyst to join an IT Communications and Security Awareness team. This role will support, operationalize, and advance a phishing awareness program and related reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will work with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to manage security awareness campaigns, phishing simulations, and data analysis.
