## Description

The purpose of the Integration and Test engineer position is to synthesize and define test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems. Coordinate assembly level through system level integration and test activities and ensure that technical obligations are fulfilled.

Essential Functions:

Perform systems engineering tasks for both manual and automated test processes

 * Develop test plans, test procedures, requirements traceability, test reports, test flow, and test case design and implementation

 * Execute system, CCA and component level functional testing and document results

 * Use software tools and perform scripting and software/hardware troubleshooting

 * Setup, configure, and document hardware and software systems under test, including loading software onto multiple devices to perform verification and validation

 * Perform root cause analysis and correction action creation

 * Support Operations in failure/trend analysis and ensure failure trends are quickly and effectively identified and resolved

 * May provide technical consultation to internal organizations and/or customers

 * Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
