## Description

* Hands-On Experience: Gain practical, client-facing experience from the start, supported by our client-simulated boot camp. This immersive 3-week program will kickstart your journey as an Associate Consultant in our one-year Discovery Program, designed to support your transition from college to CapTech.
 * Continuous Learning: We offer ongoing learning opportunities, including workshops, cross-training, and social events that foster networking and skill development across different areas of our business.
 * Mentorship and Growth: Engage in our coaching culture, where you'll be mentored by our Subject Matter Experts. Our commitment to professional growth ensures that you can discover and pursue what you're passionate about through various consulting projects., Your role will adapt to different projects, but may include:
 * Design, build, and deliver modern solutions across web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise environments.
 * Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing systems using modern engineering practices, including cloud-native architectures, APIs, automation, DevOps, and CI/CD.
 * Work across a broad technology ecosystem, including Java, .NET, C#, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Node.js, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and emerging AI technologies.
 * Partner closely with clients, designers, product teams, and fellow engineers to solve complex business challenges and create exceptional user experiences.
