## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale technology projects or programs.
 * 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Leadership, Engineering Leadership, or a related role.
 * Strong understanding of one or more enterprise platforms, including Coupa, PeopleSoft, or similar solutions.
 * Experience with application modernization, system migrations, data conversions, and data migration initiatives.
 * Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent frameworks.
 * Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence technical, business, and product stakeholders within large, complex organizations.
 * Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
 * PMP certification preferred.
 * Agile certification preferred.
