This role sits within Client Marketing & Events and focuses on the end-to-end execution of digital event experiences, primarily through Cvent - including registration builds, data management, and fully customized event websites. This is an associate-level support role backing two Cvent leads and their broader events team, which runs a mix of large in-house events, third-party events, and high-profile sports & entertainment activations. Important note: this is not an event planner role - the ideal candidate supports the events team through platform operations and execution, not event conceptualization or design. The role requires someone hyper-organized, detail-obsessed, and comfortable interfacing directly with senior stakeholders including executives, with the composure to handle fast-moving, last-minute changes without missing a beat.
