## About the Role

* Strong Solution Architecture experience, ideally TOGAF aligned.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * End-to-end ownership of Board Assortment Planning (Board AP) architecture.
 * Integration and data architecture expertise across enterprise platforms.
 * Experience defining solution blueprints, architecture standards and governance.
 * Strong understanding of master data, data flows and integration patterns.
 * Ability to challenge vendors and provide technical architecture leadership.
 * Experience designing for performance, scalability, resilience and operational readiness.
 * Proven risk management, technical debt assessment and incident investigation skills.
 * Experience coordinating architecture across large-scale transformation programmes and multiple workstreams.
