The Senior engineer will be looked upon to lead a set of highly motivated engineers to develop innovative and complex server designs to meet customer and business needs. These organic designs provide exposure to the latest technologies from Lenovo and its development partners to meet market demands., Own the architecture and development of Lenovo's next generation ThinkSystem server platforms, helping shape the future of AI, cloud, and data center infrastructure. 2. Drive End-to-End Product Development Lead hardware development from concept through production, including design, validation, issue resolution, and product launch. 3. Build and Inspire High-Performing Teams Mentor and lead a talented team of engineers, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration across global development organizations. 4. Influence Strategic Technology Decisions Partner with architects, senior engineering leaders, and executives to define product direction and deliver breakthrough infrastructure solutions. 5.
