 * Ability to translate security risks into clear technical recommendations for engineering teams.

 * Familiarity with common security frameworks, design patterns, and risk assessment methodologies.

* Lead and facilitate threat modeling activities for products, systems, and key technical initiatives.
 * Run secure design reviews and partner with engineering teams to identify and reduce security risk early in the development lifecycle.
 * Provide practical security architecture guidance for new features, services, and infrastructure changes.
 * Document risks, recommended mitigations, and security decisions from design and review sessions.
 * Collaborate with engineering, product, and platform teams to improve secure-by-design practices across the organization.
