Preferred qualifications: * 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. * 5 years of experience in technical program management, managing cross-functional software engineering or infrastructure programs. * Experience managing complex enterprise security, identity, or privacy programs. * Familiarity with central security infrastructure. * Strong ability to influence without authority and communicate complex technical tradeoffs to executive stakeholders. ## Description * Own the execution roadmap for internal security tools, managing timelines, priorities, and engineering resource allocation across the software development life-cycle. * Ensure technical architectures from the Functional pod are translated accurately and efficiently into software builds by the Operational pod. * Act as the primary technical liaison with central, managing security reviews, infrastructure dependencies, and compliance launch gates. * Triage engineering issues, evaluate design tradeoffs, and assess risk surfaces to prevent project bottlenecks. * Lead specific programmatic domains (e.g., Data and Access Governance or Remediation and Response Operations), ensuring holistic coverage of the gTech risk environment. ## Related Videos - [You’re a great coder?
