## About the Role

* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in automotive, consumer electronics, or autonomous vehicle systems, focusing on infotainment or cockpit electronics.
 * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
 * Experience troubleshooting communication protocols such as LVDS, Ethernet, CAN, and LIN.
 * Familiarity with display technologies (LCD/OLED), touch controllers, and audio systems.
 * Ability to interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and connector pinouts for effective troubleshooting.

## Description

* Serve as the primary technical escalation point for real-time issues related to HMI systems, including passenger displays, audio/visual alerts, interior cameras, and cabin interaction modules.
 * Conduct detailed root cause analysis through log review (Linux/Android logs) and electrical diagnostics to resolve complex hardware and software failures.
 * Lead trend monitoring efforts by analyzing fleet data to identify failure patterns such as display blackouts or audio latency, and implement permanent corrective actions.
 * Develop and maintain comprehensive troubleshooting documentation to empower field technicians and improve operational efficiency.
 * Perform hardware validation and functional testing for new HMI components and firmware updates, ensuring system reliability and performance.
