## About the Role

* Data Engineer who has the ability to be an independent contributor with strong communication skills.
 * Expert-level knowledge of writing complex SQL queries using Oracle.
 * Expert-level knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, packages, triggers)
 * Strong working experience in ETL tools like Informatica (Power Center)
 * Working experience in scripting and automation using Unix, Python in a Data Engineering environment. Extensive experience with Relational Databases like Oracle including being able to implement performance tuning techniques.
 * Strong working knowledge of Data warehousing patterns and Dimensional Modelling techniques using Oracle.
 * Experience building scalable patterns for data integration in a cloud-based as well as on-prem environments * Working knowledge of Batch scheduling tools like Control-M, Autosys.
 * Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as OBIEE/OAS.
 * Working experience using GitHUB for Source Code Management (SCM) in a Data Engineering Practice.
