The team operates in a less formal, waterfall-oriented environment rather than a traditional Agile/Scrum model. Candidates should be comfortable working with evolving requirements and limited documentation. ## Description Seeking a Java Developer to support application development and production support activities within a manufacturing environment. This role will focus heavily on application support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements across existing and legacy applications., * Provide production support for business-critical applications. * Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across legacy and existing systems. * Analyze application code, business logic, and database interactions to identify root causes. * Develop application fixes, enhancements, and improvements resulting from support activities. * Work closely with business users to understand reported issues and determine appropriate solutions. * Investigate whether issues originate from application logic, database behavior, infrastructure, or other systems. * Support and maintain legacy applications with limited documentation. * Independently research and understand unfamiliar code and application functionality. * Collaborate with technical teams and escalate issues when appropriate. * Participate in application vulnerability remediation and secure coding activities. * Support applications throughout their production lifecycle. * Participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation approximately once every four weeks, Monday-to-Monday, including nights and weekends. ## Related Videos - [Can This Elephant Dance?
