## About the Role

5+ years of experience in a Design Engineer, Frontend Engineer, or Full Stack Engineer role shipping production code

Minimum 5 years operating at a Senior Engineer level

Production-level experience with React and TypeScript

Deep proficiency with Figma, including libraries, variants, and auto-layout

Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries

Strong frontend engineering background with exceptional design sensibilities

Experience building accessible applications with ARIA, keyboard navigation, and focus management

Experience within a high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS company with complex, data-dense user interfaces OR a high-growth consumer product environment

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience with shadcn/ui

Experience translating complex business workflows into intuitive user experiences

Strong visual design and interaction design expertise

Fintech, mortgage, lending, or other regulated industry experience

Full Stack development experience

Passion for product craftsmanship and user-centered design
