## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
 * 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting cross-functional technology teams.
 * Current Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
 * Experience applying Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, including estimation, planning, dependency management, and delivery tracking.
 * Ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment without direct authority.
 * Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
 * Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams while promoting continuous improvement.
 * Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
 * Ability to collaborate effectively with business, product, and technology partners.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience implementing Agile Collaboration practices across Scrum and Kanban teams.
 * Experience supporting Scaled Agile environments and Program Increment (PI) Planning activities.
 * Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Rally, or other Agile Lifecycle Management tools.
 * Experience working with distributed, onshore, and offshore technology teams.
 * Experience supporting complex enterprise technology products and platforms.
 * Financial services industry experience, including wealth management, advisory, broker/dealer, or investor services organizations.
 * Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
 * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Advisor Wealth & Asset Management Technology (AWAT) is seeking a Scrum Master to support the Advisor Services Data Delivery team, a technology organization responsible for delivering high-volume data products and solutions that help drive business success. In this role, you will serve as a servant leader and Agile champion, partnering with technology, product, and business stakeholders to enable predictable, high-quality delivery across multiple Agile teams. You will influence without authority, remove impediments, facilitate planning and execution activities, and help teams navigate ambiguity while continuously improving delivery outcomes.
