Demonstrated reliability and productivity managing a flexible 40-hour workweek schedule. ## Description PRISM is seeking a Network Automation Engineer to support a mission-critical program. In this role, you will be responsible for modernizing and maintaining the organization's network core., Provision, manage, and maintain lifecycle operations for multi-vendor network nodes (Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Brocade, McAfee). Implement and audit enterprise firewall rules and Access Control Lists (ACLs) to ensure strict network security postures. Develop, test, and deploy Ansible playbooks to automate network provisioning and configuration updates. Write operational scripts in Python, PowerShell, and YAML to automate repetitive maintenance tasks and enforce compliance policies. Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise Network Management Systems, including Cisco Catalyst Center, OpenText NA/NNMi, and Arista CloudVision. Manage underlying host environments, specifically RedHat Enterprise Linux 8 (RHEL 8) systems and Kubernetes container orchestration setups running NMS tools. Perform deep-dive root-cause analysis on complex, ambiguous technical incidents across distributed systems. Continuously monitor network telemetry, optimizing node performance and proactively resolving bottlenecks before outages occur. Translate complex network data and technical incidents into clear, concise summaries for executive stakeholders.
