## Description

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Software Engineering position at the Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs., * Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.

 * Working across SAP ASE, SAP IQ, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL environments
 * Designing and optimizing schemas, queries, and database structures
 * Performing deep performance analysis and root cause troubleshooting
 * Building and maintaining automation using Python, Perl, and Shell
 * Supporting real-time and batch data pipelines, ETL, and replication
 * Enhancing monitoring, data capture, and operational tooling
