## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
 * 3+ years of experience in network engineering or operations

 * Strong early-career candidates with practical experience and fast learning ability are encouraged

Preferred Requirements:

 * Strong hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and operating real network environments (not limited to theoretical or lab experience)
 * Solid understanding of:

 * L2/L3 protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EVPN preferred)
 * Network security (firewall, segmentation, zero trust concepts)

Hands-on experience with some of the following:

 * Cisco, Arista, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5

Experience supporting production or enterprise-scale environments preferred

 * Hands-on experience or strong interest in applying AI in network and security operations
 * Exposure to or practical experience with:

 * AI Agents for troubleshooting, operations, or workflow automation
 * LLM-based tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) applied to real scenarios such as network troubleshooting and incident analysis, configuration validation and optimization, security analysis and anomaly detection

Ability to translate operational challenges into AI-assisted workflows or solutions

Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning mindset in adopting emerging AI technologies

 * Strong self-motivation and ownership mindset
 * Demonstrates continuous learning, especially in networking, security, and AI domains
 * Able to work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills in global teams
 * Bilingual (English/Mandarin - Chinese)

## Description

* Design, implement, and operate network solutions across global enterprise environments (data center, campus, and security domains)
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security issues with strong hands-on execution
 * Drive continuous improvement of network reliability, scalability, and security posture
 * Identify opportunities to optimize operations through automation and process improvement
 * Collaborate with global teams (US, China, India, EMEA) on network operations and projects
 * Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing
