Preferred (Nice to have): * Experience with ERP and Order Management ecosystems. * Experience supporting manufacturing, supply-chain, or customer-facing digital platforms. * Experience leading distributed and cross-functional engineering teams. * Knowledge of AI-enabled development practices, automation, advanced analytics, and responsible AI governance. * Experience building engineering competency models, technical career frameworks, and leadership pipelines. ## Description The Senior Manager, Software Engineering leads the Software Engineering competency for Order Management Digital Transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for building a high-performing engineering organization that delivers scalable, secure, and business-focused software solutions while establishing engineering standards, technical strategy, architecture governance, and talent development practices. You'll partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Delivery Managers, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to accelerate digital transformation across Order Management, ERP modernization, customer onboarding, workflow automation, and emerging business capabilities. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
