 * Perform bug fixes, technical troubleshooting, issue triage, and production support.
 * Deploy and configure Microsoft SQL Server environments.
 * Develop data migration and troubleshooting scripts using SQL.
 * Create technical, requirements, design, installation, maintenance, and customer-facing documentation.
 * Provide technical training for company application installation and maintenance.
 * Support implementation projects for major U.S. banking clients.
