About the role The Telecom Consultant, will play a key role in supporting the delivery of mission-critical telecom design projects at Ares. This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end telecom design process on assigned projects while driving production efficiency across the design team. You will collaborate closely with professional designers and project managers, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with defined scopes of work, schedules, quality standards, and client expectations. This role requires a hands-on technical contributor who can also provide leadership, coordination, and quality oversight within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
